Business Development Analyst

Financial modelling
- Evaluation of various feasibility study often involving technical matters, therefore techno-commercial skill is required
- Sourcing for market study in public domain to do commercial due diligence for proposed project
- Preparing presentation deck for project pitching to the management
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation in relation to business development activities (i.e.
terms sheet, MOU, JV Agreement, Sale & Purchase Agreement)
- Preparing information memorandum
- Financial due diligence
- Coordinating for full due diligence process (financial, tax, legal, operational, commercial)

Job Requirements:

- Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management or equivalent
- Having min 3 years of working experience in Business Development Analyst
- Having experience in KAP
- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
