Good understanding of existing business processes.
Make business plan for developing new businesses.
Build strong relationships with potential partners.
Maintain, update, and report the timeline of developing new businesses.
Monitor the reconciliation and claim handling process and conduct necessary troubleshooting if there is any issue.
Monitor the helpdesk team and conduct necessary troubleshooting if there is any issue.
Create and update the procedure in the internal division.
Understand and update the topology of existing systems and infrastructure.
Create and update user requirements.
