**What does day-to-day look like? **
- Identify and evaluate potential partners from Indonesia and global partner, including game publisher, payment service provider, and other potential entities, to support the needs of our gaming marketplace
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to optimize payment processing capabilities, marketing promotion, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs) with partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, finance, and legal, to integrate payment solutions seamlessly into our platform and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to joint initiative and project with partners such as transaction volume, rates, chargebacks, and fraud mitigation.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities with internal and external partners in order to drive the revenue growth of the business
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the gaming and payments landscape, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
**What does amazing look like? **
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building successful business relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the payment industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
