**What you'll do**:
- Be an individual contributor to design, drive and execute the Business Development plan especially for Flip's Banking, Domestic, and Overseas business partners.
- Possesses full ownership of internal/external requests and exploring new opportunities to add value in Company positioning.
- Provides timely feedback to line managers about performance, business development activity, and strategy planned.
- Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners to ease communication channels and facilitate resolutions for issues.
- Assists to identify trends by researching on internal or industry in a data-driven manner, related events, and announcements.
- Communicates the needs of external partners effectively to support internal team members.
**What you'll need**:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent in English, both verbal & written.
- At least 1 year in a similar role, prior direct/indirect work experience in a Money Transfer or Financial Services, and relevant experience in a high-growth company.
- Familiarity with Banking administration is preferred.
- Strong drive, results-oriented with outstanding communication, organization, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Has a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy and independent or team-oriented environment.
- Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
