**Role Descripsion**This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at PT. Calysta Prima Estetik I Calysta Skin Clinic located in Bandung. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to business development on a day-to-day basis.- Make arrangements and implement Sales development strategies that can attract leads or potential partner prospects- Conduct business presentations, education and promotions to prospect partners- Building cooperative and coaching relationships with potential partners/partner leaders- Analyzing and evaluating the qualifications of partners as well as proposing programs in partner quality development- Ensuring operational and coaching activities run smoothly**Qualifications**- Experience in Business Development & Partnership Management- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation- Effective Communication and Customer Relationship- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships- Experience in the skincare or healthcare industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsApplication Question(s):- Apakah anda berdomisili atau bersedia di tempatkan di Bandung?- Berapa range sallary yang di harapkan?**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)- B2B: 1 year (preferred)
