The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Deliver training programs assigned interactively and improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- Produce physical and digital educational material and assessment (e.g. case studies, storyboard) in a high quality standard
- Produce SOP to improve processes in internal Business Development team
- Responsible for executions details such as making sure training venues, materials, registrations are in place
- Utilize data analysis to provide in depth insight to improve People quality

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor Degree from a renowned university
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development or L&D/training and coaching, preferably with similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Positive and energetic outlook, able to capture participants' attention, influence and convince them of certain changes needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
