Business Development Circle Lead

About the position: As a Business Development, you will identify potential new channels for sales growth such as sales agencies, communities, and ecosystems. Create a sales strategy based on this potential to achieve sales targets. Build strong relationships with established channel partners (agencies, communities, and ecosystems) to ensure business goals are achieved.
\n Responsibilities:Ensure that the sales channel targets built achieve the targets set by the businessRecommend strategies, innovation ideas, and automation for sales channel growth Create a strategic plan to achieve the targets of the business.Develop and communicate sales strategies to partners.Manage partners to drive sales growthCoordination with related departments or units to ensure overall business objectives are achieved. Requirements:Minimum 5 years working experience preferably Banking, Insurance, FintechGood communication skills both writing and speakingStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillPossess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen especially in leading projects and initiatives
