Identify and engage potential clients interested in CSR services, encompassing corporations, non-profits, governmental bodies, and international grant organizations.

Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline by meticulously tracking leads and capitalizing on opportunities.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to craft tailored proposals and strategies aligned with client aspirations.

Foster enduring client relationships by gaining insights into their needs and aspirations.

Conduct comprehensive market research to discern industry trends, competitor tactics, and burgeoning funding possibilities.

Lead negotiations with clients to secure lucrative contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual advantage.

Devise and execute holistic sales plans, establish ambitious sales targets, and implement strategies to propel revenue growth.

Monitor and report on sales metrics, meticulously tracking revenue and furnishing regular updates to senior leadership.

Stay abreast of evolving CSR and grant regulations, benchmarks, and best practices to offer clients well-informed guidance.

Serve as the company's ambassador at CSR/grant-centric events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree with a specialized focus on CSR is an advantageous asset.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related capacity within the domains of CSR, ESG, and SDGs.

Profound grasp of CSR principles, sustainability, and the dynamics of social impact.

Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal fluency, to effectively articulate CSR strategies.

Robust analytical acumen to evaluate CSR and grant opportunities, quantify impact, and render data-driven decisions.

Proven prowess in nurturing and cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Aptitude for collaborative teamwork across departments, seamlessly integrating CSR/Grant solutions into client organizations.

Dedication to ethical business practices and corporate citizenship.
