Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking to recruit a highly successful and motivated Business Development Director to further develop business within the country.
As a key member of the team, you will be tasked to engage with C-level executives to promote the many advantages of working with Renoir. You will be working closely with core management to develop the business by initiating meaningful conversation with the right audience in the region.
You should already have solid personal connections in the industries to initial new business opportunities. You will also leverage on the CRM provided by Renoir, listing the top executives within the region and will be used to closing deals with CEOs in organisations which help maintain a long term relationship with the loyal clients, hence shape and continue the business success in Indonesia.
You will get support from telephone sales to initial new business contacts and book appointments for you to meet with prospective clients. Our telephone sales team is rewarded for business conversations which means that they have every motivation to keep you on the road and by working as a close team, your time will be spent engaging with clients and beating the competition. You must work with them in order to further motivate and make the most of each and every opportunity.

- Proven track record of success with C-level clients in Indonesia.
