**About Us**:
Our Business Development Executive team are responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and bringing in new potential client. You also manage customer relationships by achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients.

Develop and implement effective strategies for bringing in new clients from scratch.

Lead Generation and Networking:
Create and manage a client list through strategic market research and targeted outreach.

Market Insight:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Provide valuable insights to guide business development strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Proven track record with 2-3 years of successful business development experience in a marketing agency (preferred).

Demonstrated ability to build and expand a client portfolio from the ground up.

Strong proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and networking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
