**Key Responsibilities**:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in Indonesia's performance marketing landscape.
- Prospect Identification: Identify and engage with potential clients, including direct brands, and agencies.
- Pitching and Presentation: Work with the team in preparing compelling pitches and presentations tailored to the needs and interests of prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Negotiation and Contract Closure: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure new partnerships and campaigns.
- Campaign Optimization: Work closely with the Admattic team to optimize campaign performance and ensure successful delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients and internal teams, highlighting campaign results and ROI.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and trends in the digital advertising space.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
