Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a business strategy to expand our client base
- Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate agreements
- Work closely with the event team to ensure that client expectations are met and sponsor expectations are exceeded
- Develop and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sponsorship packages and collateral materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Track and report on sales progress and revenue projections

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
