The Consultant's primary focus is to:
? Develop new business accounts within the Region;
? Support the marketing efforts of the Client;
Maintain and expand industry and product knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop & execute annual multi-channel sales plan for Region
Manage & deliver enrolment targets into CLIENT programs
Manage and develop key accountsMaximise sales and product development opportunities
Deliver superior customer service to agents and feeder partners
Ensure profitability goals are met
Manage cost base actively
Ensure accurate, documented financial reporting requirements are met
Communicate effectively with colleagues
Represent Region at meetings & communicate company objectives to team
Maximise product development opportunities
Maximise sales development opportunities
Provide regular activity reports to the appropriate Regional Manager or Director
Research and develop regular competitor analysis reports
Provide commentary for regional recruitment statistics
**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:
**MINIMUM**:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of experience in a student recruitment field
**PREFERRED**:
Preference given to higher education advising and recruitment experience.

Pay: From Rp6,486,280 per month
**Experience**:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
