Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an industry-experienced seller with notable skills in solution design, building value statements, and identifying and winning new clients to join IBM Indonesia as Business Development Executive (BDE). You will own end-to-end sales and deals, and play a primary role in Identifying, Progressing and Qualifying Deals, working closely cross brands and business units.
**Responsibilities**:
- Brings industry competitive perspectives to clients to add value and influence their vision and roadmap
- Identifies, develops and progresses significant Transformational and Open Hybrid Enterprise Cloud Platform deals using proactive market screening & strong contemporary skills in Cloud, AI and Analytics
- Proposes disruptive ideas that capture clients' attention and demonstrate industry expertise
- Anticipates future industry needs and builds the ecosystems to support clients' transformation
- Transitions qualified opportunities with a defined Win Plan to an Opportunity Owner for closure, remaining engaged as appropriate
- Leverages IBM Client Engineering to co-create solutions, demonstrate prototypes and close deals
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- At least 15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development role in IT/Internet company at the Field/Market and Geo or Global level
- At least 5 years of experience in solution selling of Cloud Service providers and developing and scaling new routes to market
- Proven track in Sales, Alliance Management, GTM strategy and execution, solution knowledge/differentiators, strong collaboration and teamwork, exec communications, and negotiations.
