**Business Development**:
**Requirement**:

- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a commercial/sales role
- Experienced in handling clients in F&B industry (horeca)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in Corporate/B2B
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new business opportunities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Target oriented

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (required)
- F&B: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
