Business Development (Fintech)

**Job description**:

- Company's representative in introducing, educating, and selling products (software/solution);
- Meet, discuss, develop new & existing ideas with new & existing clients;
- Day-to-day communication with all level of customer's management;
- Cater to customer's commercial needs towards company products;
- Develop and innovate sales plan and execute it successfully;
- Fully comply with the rules and processes in the company;
- Maintain mutual relationships with customers and principals;
- Responsible on assigned customers/accounts revenue number;
- Responsible for selling IT Business / System Integrator or Application / Solution to Enterprise Customer, including prospecting new clients, develop and maintain relationship with clients does exist, as well as organize and conduct sales presentation, to achieve sales target.
- Organize meeting schedules with financial institutions

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in IT industry - Enjoy meeting & building communication with new people
- Target oriented and ability to seek new prospects
- Good analytics skill and have good negotiation skills
- Have fintach experience

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT Industry and Reted Field: 1 year (required)
