PersyaratanAt least bachelors degree.Have 2 years experiences as Business DevelopmentHave experiences in Job Evaluation and/or Workload Analysis.Have strong analytical & logical thinking.Familiar with interpreting data, processing data, and using Ms.OfficeTanggung Jawab- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for the future products- Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting, networking.- Work across functions to successfully demonstrate value to prospects.- Collaborate with management to negotiate deal terms with prospects.- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.- Seeking & approaching the right correspondent of each of our targeted brands.- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.- Prepare legal contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.- Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.- Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.- Ensures sales activities follow national, state, local, & company regulations, policies, & procedures.- Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence.
