Business Development

Convergence is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and profitability.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Remain up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of business development experience (BPO is preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop plans.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
