Business Development

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new accounts by reaching out to potential clients for business opportunities
- Manage existing clients in fulfilling job orders given
- Maintain and build new and existing relationships with HR and business partners
- Learn industry trends and benchmarks to provide quality advice to clients
- Work on possible projects and perform project management
- Work on any ad-hoc assignments as and when needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience ina **Staff Augmentation or Talent Sourcer Company**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Highly driven and enthusiastic
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Good in presentation
- Strong desire to achieve great results
- Able to work as a team and be independent at the same time

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp7.500.000 - Rp13.000.000 per bulan
