OttoDigital is part of Salim Group Digital Ecosystem (Financial Technology) - aims to empower "the underserved" and "the unbanked" population through integrated implementation of the Group digital payment ecosystem. We are digital platform and solution to businesses and enterprises, enabling various digital transactions on their services to better serve consumers.
Lead the team to generate revenue and/or user for company by new acquisition

Ensure every activity of the team is recorded using tools provided by the company

Building team that are capable to work for long-term period with consistent performance

Improving accuracy in information communication with customers and public by the field team

Report and communicate to top level management team routinely
At least SMK or D3 in Communication, Business and/or Management, Bachelor in Business Management or Communication is preferable

At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development field in service-related company or IT software re-lated company

At least 1 years of experience in management level or leading team with at least 3 people as subordinates

Having experience in territorial management, customer management and remote supervision, monitoring, evaluation.

Ready to work in flexible or unfixed working hour to meet customer's expectation.

Deep understanding of SaaS, POS, ERP and/or B2B is preferable.

Capable of fast-paced recruitment and team scale-up with high level of accuracy is preferable.

Ready to travel and to be placed into different region temporarily to explore new area
