Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial and market share gain
- Conduct research to identify new products, markets and customer needs
- Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
- Expand existing business opportunities. They also work directly with partner/Key opinion leader doctors, so they must a strong understanding of their company's products and services.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective partner
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting partners' objectives
- Prepare term sheet and License agreement ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of product launching timeliness, sales performance of new product launching in the market for 3 years.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales new product launching support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, partners, Key opinion leader doctors
**Skills and Experience required**:
- Proven working experience as a business development, marketing executive or a relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Ethical/prescription/Life Science Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
**Education**:
Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related scientific field is required; advanced degree (MSc., Ph.D.) preferred
