Business Development

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify business prospects
- Maintain partnership by engaging & identify client's, challenges, concerns, or business potential and to tailor customized business proposals
- Establish and maintain strong relationship and network

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from top university (overseas graduate is a plus)
- Having 1-2 years of sales B2B experience in related areas with a proven track record, preferably from the same industry: headhunting, recruitment, or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development, execution of sales plans and deal closures
- Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and personal leadership.
- Numbers, quotas, or goal-oriented
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
- Be able to excel under pressure to hit sales targets

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
