Business Development

**Job Duties**:

- Follow business plan by hunting customer to complete division and company goal
- Manage the entire sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by continuous learning and establishing personal networks
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Provides historical records/documentation by maintaining records Sales Reporting System
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Have market knowledge, Time management and planning skills
- Required Skill(s) : Sales, Marketing, Negotiation, Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Services Orientation, Client Relationship, M. Office
- Preferably having experiences in Sales - IT/ Software
