**Responsibilities**:
- Actively explore new costumers through online and offline channels, exhibition, and fields visits.
- Receive visiting clients, introduce the company, negotiate coorperation opportunities, and facilitate order transaction.
- Utilize data analysis and social media pathways to identify high-quality brand clients, independently develop and secure key clients, and overcome obstacles to achieve coorporation
- Demostrate team awareness, orient towards team sales goals, and possess strong intrinsic motivation to achieve personal sales targets.
- Exhibit coordination skills to mobilize company resource efficiently to resolve client issues and facilitate smooth delivery
- Provide directionand planning for new product development based on costumer needs, offering fronline market information for company product development
- Stengthen coorperation and loyalty with bots new and exixting clients based on practical experience, enhancingcostumer satisfaction adn loyalty to foster long-term partnerships.
- Regularly gather and analyze overall market conditions and competitor situations, understand industry trends and assist the Director in developing sales plans and strategies.
- Fluent in Engslish, Indonesian, and Mandarin
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
- Fluent in English, Indonesia and Mandarin
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience in advertising agencies, marketing agencies, or media companies with a track reecord of independently generating sales
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong passion for business development/sales
- Good communication and negotiation skill
