Fresh graduate are welcome- Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising.- Network with influencers and brands with good account management skills.- Have new ideas to develop new strategies.- A strong personality who can work autonomously and within a team.- Excellent negotiation, time management, and communication skills.Job description:- Up to date on beauty industry trends and the latest trending influencer(s).- Plan and strategize marketing or promotional campaigns by creating budgets, defining products, acquisition strategies for new retailers & analyzing competitors.- Build a long-term good relationship by analyzing and monitoring the performance of brands/Influencers.- Carry out periodic brainstorming in developing the latest strategies related to promo and campaign marketing.- Create monthly reports for all marketing activitiesFull WFO at Gading SerpongMon - Fri (9 AM - 5 PM)**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Tangerang: Relocate before starting work (required)
