**Requirements**:

- Women, high interest with beauty industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising.
- Network with influencers with good account management skills.
- A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent negotiation, time management and communication skills.
- Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online.
- Analyze and prepare insights from campaigns and work with our marketing team to measure influencer impact.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Establish and build long-term influencer and partner relationships
- Stay on top of beauty industry trends and the latest trending influencer(s).
- Drive overall sales volumes by planning and execution of ideas and strategy for social media, e-commerce & website for every month.
- Plan and strategize marketing campaigns or promotion by creating budget, assigning products, acquisition strategies for new reseller & defining success metrics.
