**We're looking for energetic people to join our team at Social House. If you love coming up with creative marketing ideas, enjoy selling, and can keep up in a busy environment, we want you!**

**What You'll Do**:

- Find Opportunities: Look for potential clients and partners in creative marketing. Understand what they need.
- Sell: Create and deliver convincing sales pitches to potential clients. Customize proposals for each one.
- Negotiate and Close: Talk about contracts and prices until both sides are happy. Aim to finalize deals and meet sales goals.
- Know the Market: Keep up with what's happening in the industry. Understand what our competitors are doing.
- Work Together: Team up with the marketing and product teams to make sure we can do what clients want.
- Keep Track: Keep good records of sales activities. Tell us how things are going regularly.

**What You Need**:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar
- Proof you're good at sales, especially in digital or commerce marketing
- Great at talking and presenting
- Good at negotiating and closing deals
- Can work alone or in a team
- Know how to research markets
- Like hitting targets
- Bonus if you know how to use CRM software like Salesforce
