Business Development

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in conducting research and data analysis related to business development plan.
- Process payment request, advances, and accountability through SAP and Workflow.
- Assist in the creation and distribution/circulation of project supporting documents (eg MOM, MDA, MOU, Agreement, etc)
- Verifying evidence / documents of work from potential partners.
- Receive, process, input, and save invoices / documents from potential partner into the system.
- Maintain and store evidence of project works.
- Keep copies of important legal documents such as letter of agreement deeds and so on.
- Assist in managing the team's logístical needs such as meeting and meeting room reservations, tranportation, business trip, signing events, etc.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Economics / Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Urban Planning).
- Having working experience of at least 1 year in property development company (Property consultant, developer, etc) will be a plus point.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate (Ms.Office).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
