By offering this products, we're not only able to increase revenue for Tokopedia but also bringing peace of mind to million of users.
**Our Goal**
Serving our customers with the best product and seamless journey both in acquisition process to after sales services. Increase revenue from Insurance and Investment products and able to collab with other related function as ONE GOTO
**What You Will Do**
- Helping team to create daily/weekly report of Insurance & Investment products
- Helping team to monitoring Insurance & Investment products sales performance (Moveable All Risk Insurance Products, Liability, Travel Insurance, Mutual Funds, E-Gold)
- Helping team to monitoring Insurance & Investment products process such as acquisition journey, claim process, claim monitoring, mutual fund and e-gold process
- Do an analysis and propose solution to make the products and process better for the company and for our users
- Collaboration with other related functions such as Product Management, Marketing, Ops, CeX, Category Team, Design & Creative, Finance, etc.
