Elite Asia would like to invite passionate talents to join this 3-month internship program, in which you will HORN YOUR WORKING SKILLS IN A FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT AND GAIN EXPOSURE WORKING WITH MULTI-NATIONAL TEAMS.
**Major Job Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Sales Team to create opps, quote, project and work order in Salesforce
- Assisting Sales Team to do wordcount/transcription report.
- Assisting Sales Team to do registration vendor with client.
- Liase with interpreter for availability and confirmation for the assignment request by client.
- Preparing monthly claim form for government agencies assignment
- Other administrative work if needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English**:
- Open for undergraduates (final semester) & fresh graduates
- Passionate in Sales
- Comfortable with a customer service role
- Good communication skills and proactive
- Good internet surfing skills and Ms Office file handling skills are an advantage (pre-production on source file word count, mail merging, etc)
- Available for 3 months internship
