Together, we are working hard to provide our borrowers with accessible loans and our investors with attractive returns.- Ensure promo reconciliation is done by Finance- Ensure platform promo is created by respective partners with correct scheme & landing pages- Recap monthly promotions that require set up from our internal marketing tools (liaise with Business Support)- Confirmation Letter or legal documents creation & liaising with Legal- Customer complaints handling (including long term improvement plan) (liaise with Product & CS)- Create monthly promo proposal to PayLater partner with guidance from supervisor- Liaise with partners to negotiate promotion schemes based on our objectives with guidance from supervisor**Qualifications**- 1.5-2.5 years experience of working in business or marketing related jobs.- Minimum having a bachelor degree from any major from reputable university- Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. He/she is responsible for identifying discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies and taking corrective action.- Negotiation skills when dealing with monthly promotion planning and reaching agreements with partners, and stakeholders.- Efficiently managing operations is essential for delivering products and services effectively.- Able to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, with guidance
