Business Development Manager (Bekasi)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing distributors to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high.
• 80% time spend in the field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent.
• Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), territory management and control.
• To ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.
• Develop the assigned market in terms of penetration, value/volume transaction.
• Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.
• Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyze them for further improvement.
 
JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Technical Competency: Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication. Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in well known FMCG company.
• Preferable from ice cream industry or from FMCG with multi distributor operating model.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.
• High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
