**Job Introduction**:**
- Complete the implementation and coordination of customer inspection requirements in accordance with the company's process requirements, safeguard the company's interests, maintain good relationships with customers, and expand business scale;
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, evaluate customer needs and determine inspection items;
- Make quotations according to customer needs and strive for customer orders;
- Coordinate with the customers and inspectors, determine and adjust the inspection time, and track the smooth execution of the inspection process;
- Communicate with customers on the inspection situation in a timely manner, review and finalize inspection reports and certificates;
- Timely statistics of expenses, settlement and collection with customers;
- Statistics and management of order information, regular accounting of order financial data;
- Order document management and archiving; internal management forms and report preparation;
- Maintain and track customer relationships, and complete the business indicators and KPI requirements formulated by the company;
- Other necessary work related to order coordination and customer relationship maintenance.
- Assist BD manager to be involved to more marketing sales work.
**Job Requirements**:
- College degree or above, those with relevant work experience can relax as appropriate
- Fluent in Mandarin-Chinese language (reading, writing and spoken), English middle level
- Strong coordination and communication skills, strong ability to resist pressure, and able to adapt to necessary overtime;
- Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, flexible problem-solving skills, positive and optimistic attitude and sense of responsibility;
- Open mind to become a sales person.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of 3rd party Testing and Inspection is preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesia Minerals exploration, mining, trade and distribution is preferred
