Business Development Manager - Distribution

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Business Growth.
**YOUR ROLE **:Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new Contract Logistics distribution business by coordinating all business development actions + triggering opportunities for larger accounts at a country or cluster level.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To develop + manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
- To lead commercial negotiations + create high quality business proposals.
- To actively develop + maintain customer contacts along with a network of prospects.
- To actively network + link with other colleagues (Subject matter experts, Vertical Specialists, Account Managers) at every level of the organisation, from global to regional to country.
- To highlight achievements in the business development space using a variety of dynamic tools.
- To capture + manage business + market intelligence, ensuring the communication of same to key stakeholders.
- To drive + roll-out yearly business development plans.

- Knowledge of the market + industry along with our products + services
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
