**These are the tasks we trust in you**:

- Identify new market opportunities, meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them;
- Provide support for face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers to evaluate customer needs and provide suggestions for appropriate products, services and/or solutions;
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs;
- Compile, analyses and present accurate sales and marketing data to forecast and formulate sales strategies for Indonesia market;
- Having knowledge and experience with local regulatory affairs in Veterinary and Agriculture fields is an advantage;
**To grow in this position, it requires the following**:

- Academic background in Veterinary, Animal Nutrition, or related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in a regional sales role
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Seeing change as opportunity and not as a threat
- curious, openminded, non-discriminating
- Energetic, flexible, and motivated
