Business Development Manager for Public Sector

1. Identify and research potential clients

2. Develop and maintain client relationships

3. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

5. Monitor project to ensure contracts are executed as agreed

6. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

7. Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

8. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

9. Track and report on the status of proposal and pipeline

10. Conduct ongoing market research

11. Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals

12. Drive the end-to-end sales process

13. Prepare and submit sales contracts

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Min lulusan S1 (diutamakan lulusan Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Arsitektur, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi)
- Pernah menjadi account manager dan meng-handle user government/public sector min 3 tahun
- Pernah bekerja di principal/distributor/reseller min 3 tahun
- Terbiasa dengan sales target
- Bisa berbahasa English Pasif/Aktif
- Diutamakan jika memahami Solusi software AutoCAD
- Good drive, good communication skill, good relationship building, good presentation skill, cekatan, rajin
