**Job Title**: Business Development Manager
**Your role**:
- Enable commercial success of the ultrasound business within the Growth Region by creating innovative business models.
- Ensure that the Business Market Combination (BMC) enablers are in place from the Business and / or Business Category as part of the BMC plans, for instance NPIs, quality, support for the in-market approaches for channels, etc.
- Drive initiatives and campaigns on Growth Region level (e.g., Indirect Channel capability building, IB campaigns and other initiatives defined during budget planning cycle)
- Drive NPI excellence and regional events
- Develop responses for changing market situation and competitor moves in collaboration with Category and Product Management and share best practices across the Zones.
- On requests of Zones, support strategic deals from a global perspective, especially when they require new commercial models or have a global strategic priority.
- Provide feedback into the value proposition creation, product development and launch process by strong collaboration with the Category and Product Managers
**You're the right fit if**:
- University degree 8+ years of industry experience.
- Has knowledge of products and services within the scope.
- Has a strong operational and analytic mindset, exemplified by rigor, curiosity, and initiative capabilities.
- Has strong communication skills, capable to drive both format & content, whether oral or written.
- Ideally in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry.
- Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry and market dynamics.
- Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
- Skills in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders.
