You will oversee sales that will consist of up to 30 people
You will ensure your teams perfectly present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
You will provide your team members coaching and feedback to improve their sales skills and performance
You will manage the performance of your team, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and uphold a performance culture within the department
You will ensure of best practices and promotional trends that could help your team perform
You will ensure the reflection on your own and your team's daily performance. See opportunities to improve and implement where possible
You will build connections with property offices on a daily basis
Min. 5 years experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way, Experience in classified/listing business will be value added
Min. 2+ years experience in handling a team, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines
A strong multi-tasker with great administrative skills
A good command of the English language
Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with monthly target
