HSEQ and Compliance

Comply to HSEQ, IMS (Integrated Management System), Keller policies and
guidelines.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.

Business Development Management

In charge of marketing or business development of the company.
Take part in planning for business strategies, annual budget and risk & safety management.
Focus on development of the tender and business development team to meet work requirements through staff engagement (i.e. coaching, group learning and performance appraisal).
Develop new markets and maintain relationships with internal and external clients or stakeholders.

Project Winning

Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
Responsible in winning projects to meet sales and profitability targets of the company
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with exposure in geotechnical
More than 7 years of relevant working experience with exposure to Project Management or Design.
Experience in Business Development is required.
Ambitious & competitive with a high drive to win coupled with a sense of urgency.
Able to persevere and be resilient when pursuing business opportunities.
Confident and creative
Ability and desire to influence others and with good persuasive skills
Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills
Passion in meeting people and above average in presentation skill.
