We're looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Attending conferences and industry events relevant
**Requirements**:
- Male or Female maximum 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in **Economic**, or a relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a **Business Development Manager**, or a relevant role in **the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry minimum of 5 years**.
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- English proficiency is a must, other languages may be advantages.
- Having Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build monthly or yearly sales reports
- Having Analytical thinking, time management, and planning skills
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Target oriented individual
- Works well independently or in a team
- Initiative, strong managerial, negotiation, and good communication skills
