Business Development Manager

Establish and execute business development strategies

Identify customers, target markets and have a lead generation process

Capture market trends, customer strategic evolution

Understand customer profiles, needs and business models

Representing the organization in various functions like conferences, showcases, and seminars to create awareness about organization products and generate potential leads

Developing and nurturing relationship with various key strategic individuals like local leaders, key industry players, and strategic suppliers and financing organization

Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or any business-related field

Preferably Master's in business administration (MBA)

3+ years of experience of business development manager

Outgoing individual with high negotiating skill to be able to initiate and close business deals

Product knowledge is critical for business development
