**Summary**:

- To ideate, plan, direct, and control all relevant activities that will drive growth, enhance customer loyalty and financial outcomes for Baxter products and services in existing and new businesses. Specific focus areas as defined by Manager from time to time. To ensure the growth and development of Baxter's business in Indonesia.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Commercial & Financial Management of Growth Area's Identified**
- Plan, manage & achieve yearly financial target (sales, % growth), profitability, and OPEX of relevant portfolio in assigned territory through the development and execution of strategic plans into sales.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement long term strategies and programs in order to support business growth.
- Manage Distributors to align & define on yearly distributor key performance metrics (such sales & market share growth, sales & order forecast accuracy, targeted inventory, leads conversion rate, etc.) and ensure its achievement through strategic and marketing plan execution.
- Seek opportunities at potential new accounts to improve product/company market share to support market penetration.
- Identify short, mid, and long term opportunities to sustain the business & plan for NPDs for incremental growth.
- Build long term relationship with KOL decision makers.

**Market Analysis**
- Understand, anticipate and shape customer needs; use fact-based research to identify market opportunities.
- Track and analyze competitor's product and service performance vis-à-vis own portfolio.
- Identify opportunities based on market trends and analysis.

**Operations Management**
- Oversee development and execution of tactical plans to implement marketing strategies and programs.
- Develop strong partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of BU tactics and implementation of functional plans to support the business.
- Coordinate with distributor to ensure customer satisfaction with purchase order, delivery, invoice and credit.

**People Management**
- Hire, train, motivate and develop the relevant team to build engagement, achieve key results and drive customer focus.
- Optimise commercial effectiveness within team through implementation of training and processes on consultation with ComEx team.
- Role model the Company's values and Code of Conduct. Ensure all activities and behaviour are in compliance with Code of Conduct.

**Education & Experience**:

- University degree in a related field; MBA or Business qualification is an advantage.
- At least 5-year solid sales and marketing experience in a managerial role in the healthcare industry; experience in sales operations would bring added dimension to the role.
- Experience in channel management would be an advantage.
- Results-orientated.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Sound judgment.
- Customer focus.
- Strong Leadership skills, motivating & Developing team.
- Product/Therapy knowledge.
- Financial skills (P&L, pricing, contract evaluation).
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Fluent level of English is essential.
