Business Development Manager

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- To identify and pursue strategic projects closely with the local business partners. To exercise ownership over these pursuit by working with proposal team, product marketing and channel sales force.
- To provide leadership on after sales and service proposal strategies to meet customers' requirements, and work closely with marketing in developing the emerging power markets.
- Participates with division and company management in developing plans aimed at meeting sales (order bookings) and profit goals for the assigned products.
- Generates product forecasts and sales/booking reporting on regular basis.
- Participates in developing marketing strategy through analysis of sales data and current competitive position.
- Participates in developing long-term product line strategies.
- Maintain a positive Power and Water Solution image with customers and peers. Provide customer support and resolve issues.To **Who You Are**:

- Posses own car. Target oriented person.**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Direct report to Regional Sales Director. Internal working relationships other PWS Sales in other countries.
- External working relationships with Customers and Strategic Business Partners. Travel to some provinces and Singapore for some meetings.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering discipline.
- Power Plant knowledge, Knowledge & experience of DCS systems. Relevant sales experience in the process control industry, particularly power.
