Business Development Manager

**The Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Development Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a proven track record in sales and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Following up leads;
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans;
- Liaise with agents and schools;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and related third party relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector;
- Fluent English needed;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
