**Job Description**:
To help business development and marketing activities for Indonesia business unit, in a way which promotes market profile, develops prospective and key client relationships and enables revenue growth by:
- Marketing activity: Meeting arrangement.
Co-ordinate attendance and prepare presentation materials.
- Market research: desktop research for key accounts, leads and annual planning.
- Bid management and ensuring that content is client oriented and tailored.
- Manage planning process for regional level key accounts (including selection and target setting with the directors).
- Manage client care schedules and ensure all results are captured on database.
- Capture all case studies and build a local and global repository of best practice and thought leadership.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years+ experience across business development, marketing and bidding in the professional services sector, ideally within the built environment
- Relevant University level qualification
- Experience working in a similar role for an international company highly preferred.
- Excellent/fluent English communication skills in both written and verbal.
