**Qualifications**
- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 3+ years of successful business development and sales experience, ideally within the B2B or funeral/memorialization industry. A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives is essential.
- **Relationship & Communication Expertise**: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with key decision-makers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present compelling solutions and secure partnerships.
- **Strategic & Analytical Mindset**: Ability to identify and develop high-potential business opportunities within the memorialization industry. Adept at conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Teamwork & Self-Sufficiency**: Ability to work independently and manage your own workload while collaborating effectively within a team.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
