**What will you be doing?**
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a
**Business Development**
**Manager** to help shape our aggressive growth ambitions across Asia. This high-profile position is pivotal to Argus' global success. You will be self-driven and able to work in a dynamic environment, with an ability to communicate and present at all levels of the business.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase usage of Argus benchmarks in crude, LPG, biofuels, coal, LNG, chemicals and agriculture in Indonesia.
- Build strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders to increase the likelihood of Argus price usage in the markets.
- Be the key face of Argus in Indonesia, promoting the usage of Argus to clients, the governments, industry bodies etc.
- Represent Argus at industry conferences and business gatherings to promote awareness and usage of our services.
**What we're looking for in you**
- Experience promoting price indexation, business intelligence or market analytics services in commodities markets would be beneficial.
- Strong academic record, with a degree from a respected university
- Intellectual Dexterity: the ability to analyse complex problems and pick up new concepts and strategies quickly
- Hands-on: Demonstrable experience having worked in a high-energy, fast-growth environment
- Strong personal credibility and communication skills, accomplished in individual, group, business and social settings
- Be able to balance an imaginative and highly creative approach while simultaneously demonstrating the pragmatism needed to work and get things done in a high-growth environment.
- Credibility: the ability to inspire trust and respect with key market stakeholders, including clients
- Strong commercial awareness
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to cover the local market
