**About the Team**

The business development team intends to connect and empower our Fazzters, so as a company, we're able to deliver financial inclusion to every MSMEs and underbanked throughout Southeast Asia.
Not only within the Business Development team, Fazzters in every role within Fazz is able to create a lasting impact to the financial technology industry.
The Business Development Manager plays a major role in initiating, acquiring, and expanding business networks for prospective individual borrowers and companies with productive financing needs from multi-finance products.
They ensure that business growth and revenue for the company run well, healthy, and sustainable through the multi-finance business target market.
**What you'll do**:

- Ensure that the process of initiating and acquiring new prospective borrowers from its business network is in accordance with the multi-finance business plan set every month.
- Ensure the due diligence process for prospective new borrowers is running well and using credit proposal media.
- Expand the business network of existing borrowers who have good relations with the company.
- Ensure business growth and revenue for the company runs well, healthy and sustainable every month through the multi-finance business target market.
**What we're looking for**:

- Has broad business & financial network.
- Have good and balanced business, financial and risk skills.
- Able to work as a team or independently.
- Preferred qualifications:

- Have a background in the financial industry such as banking and multi-finance.
- Has a business network with Public Accounting Firms and IPO Consultants.
- Also open for retirees with the background above.
