Business Development Manager, Safety Helmets

Overview:
We are lokoing for a Business development manager for growing MSA Helmet products segment.
- Create good sales approach to end user and growing the related accessories related.
Working with the Distribution (Channel Partners) Team to execute "Go-To-Market" Strategy with the Pull & Push effort to accelerate the growth in the segments.
- The role serves as a primary influencer across the MSA Indonesia organization to ensure PG06 Helmet products revenue plan is attained, across all Channels Partners (focusing on Technical Partners) & End Users.
- Working closely with the Account Manager sales team and Marketing teams, this role will partner in the development PG06 helmet products group market penetration; drive sales goals and serve as a facilitator to ensure that the resources, infrastructure and systems are in place to achieve our revenue goals.
- This role will identify targeted end users and channel partners, nurture accounts into viable opportunities and work diligently to convert competitive MSA products while driving our value proposition throughout the targeted organizations.
- In essence, the role will be responsible for the development and growth of MSA business for PG06 Helmet product, driving business performance to achieve sales, profit and market share for MSA products within Indonesia
- The position requires providing support to local sales staff and partners with regards to training & product knowledge & maintaining key internal relationships.
- The position also required to explore e-commerce business approach to increase PG06 Helmet.
Through good network with existing CP and e-commerce platform.
With more opportunity to bring new CP to expand the business through e-commerce.
- The position also must have experience and network for product registration for any approval required for grow the PG06 Safety Helmet market share.
**Responsibilities**:
**Develop strategic and tactical growth and investment plans for the territory**
- Provide insight and assist in the development of branding programs thorough review of market segment and target account data, product features and offerings to differentiate brand and product line where applicable.
- Grow PG06 safety helmet market share by identifying opportunities to obtain competitive conversions and new growth in Indonesia market.
- Achieve PG06 safety helmet market share growth targets.
- Work with account manager sales team and marketing team to target top 10 customers and projects.
- Utilize MSA Channel Partners and account manager sales team network to access key accounts.
- Conduct regular reviews with the INA and Regional Leadership Teams.
**Responsible for effectively executing agreed growth and investment plan actions**
- Be the trusted advisor to our Channel Partners and End Users.
- Effectively use analytics and metrics to measure and demonstrate achievement or implementation of strategic initiatives and goals.
- Actively influence End User demand/specifications of MSA products and solutions.
**Develop, implement and manage selling activities that drive revenue & profit results for PG06 Safety Helmet market segments**
- Actively communicate with INA Sales Manager and teams regarding potential business opportunities and strategies within their assigned accounts and partner with them as appropriate.
- Work with account manager sales team and marketing departments to develop sales strategies that effectively leverage channel partners, installers and end user markets to meet growth objectives and targets.
- Create and execute the sales plan from lead generation through to order conversion.
- Develop and implement demand creation activities and provide technical support.
- Develop and conduct required training programs, webinar, events, to End Users & MSA's Sales and Distribution teams.
- Create packaging promotional to support and create more interest of end user and channel partner that bring more growth of PG06 Safety Helmet product.
**Manage relationships and business opportunities between existing MSA Channel Partners**
- Build the relationship with all key technical Channel Partners.
- Become an expert on the customer's functional business operations and act as a partner in the successful development of business opportunities.
Qualifications:
**Experience & Skills (required)**:

- Minimum 3 years of technical sales, business development and sales/marketing leadership experience, especially for safety helmet product range experience in Indonesia
- Strong strategic, interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to formulate and present complex and technical proposals through strong and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of helmet markets, Channel Partner product ranging strategies and safety PPE project-based business.
- Fluent in English.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other e-tools.
