**Basic Qualifications**:
- Degree: min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Years of experience: at least 10 years of experience selling software products, specially ERP, WMS, Supply Chain Management, etc.
- Industry: having experience, and therefore, knowledge, of the industry of Supply chain Management, Warehousing for Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, Freight and Transport segments
- Language: Bahasa and English

**Job Role**:
This position will be placed under AurionPro Indonesia, to defines a vision and creates a winning strategy and responds to specific market needs, generating competitive advantage on existing markets, and developing consistent new revenue streams that will guarantee short
- and long-term achievements, through meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to companies sales rules of engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building aggressive and value-based market penetration strategies and team
- Creating a well-qualified pipeline of prospective opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers
- Research, source, make initial contact (cold calling, telephone prospecting), and meet potential clients at their locations to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs
- Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals
- Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
- Actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted verticals, including after-hours events
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns
- Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
**Requirements**:
- Possess demonstrated knowledge of software direct and reseller sales channels
- Able to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts
- Able to work as an individual and grow team
- Must be open to travel as needed
